Yay for anime conventions! I just got back from the Kuro Kiiro Festival in Pittsburgh last weekend, and despite the epic mass of failures that was me Clare and Brian trying to get there, everything turned out alright and a good time was had by all.

Once again, I went as Soi Fon, but with a few new additions to my costume. I was really happy with how it turned out, especially the velcro sleeves on the coat. They worked just how I imagined they would! So much fun! The wig was a bit of a disappointment, but I didn't really expect it to be anything spectacular cosidering that I've never styled a wig before. Oh well. Hopefully I can improve eventually .

Unfortunately, my camera is probably dead for good now so I wasn't able to get any pictures, and proabably won't be able to update untill I can get a new one for my birthday in December

It was so great to see everyone that I met at Tekkoshocon back in April, and now I really can't wait till next year! I hope you'll all be there too!

And I miss you Carolyn! It was great to see you, but I wish we could have stayed for longer and not been so tired. I'll come up again as soon as I can!
